🦀Ketam -3ekor

🦑Sotong - 10 ekor(saiz 3 inci)

🦐Udang - 10 ekor

😍Tepung Bestari - sukatan agak2😆

😍Telur- 2 biji

semua bahan diatas👆🏻digoreng Celup Tepung

Bahan kuah sos perap

😍Sos Perap Magic Mamasab-Anggaran 300g (ikut citarasa nak byk mana)

Bahan Kuah Buttermilk

😍Sos perap magic mamasab 1 sudu

😍Susu Cair 1 tin

😍cheese cheddar 2 sudu

😍Butter 2 sudu

😍bawang putih 3 ulas

😍4 tangkai Daun Kari

😍Garam/gula

Cara2 Masak:

1) Panaskan minyak,Gorengkan Ketam,udang,sotong Bersama dengan tepung bestari dan telur. kemudian da siap Bahagikan 2 bahagian untuk sos perap dan buttermilk

2) Masukkan minyak 2 sudu dalam kuali,kemudian masukkan sos perap magic mamasab dan anggaran 3 sudu airkemudian masukkan separuh udang,sotong dan ketam

3) Dalam kuali,panaskan butter sehingga cair dan tumis bawang putih,daun kari ,susu cair,cheese,garam gula dan sos perap mamasab

4) Masukkan separuh ketam ,udang,sotong .siap!
